How to delete your Soundtropic account

You can delete your account and all your data whenever you like, from the website or the Android app.

Sign in at soundtropic.com (or open the app).
Go to “Delete your account” (on the web, the button below; in the app, You → Settings → Delete account).
Type your username to confirm and press “Delete my account forever”.

What gets deleted

Your profile, your photo and your username.
Your songs and albums, with their files, scores, chart places and videos.
Your votes (those songs' scores are recalculated without them), likes, follows and comments.
Your private messages (they disappear for the other person too), credits, cards and badges.

What stays, without your name

What the law requires us to keep: purchase records and moderation decisions, with nothing that identifies you.

Go to delete my account

If you can't sign in, email us from your account's address at hola@naysof.es and we'll delete it for you.
