Purpose

Soundtropic is a talent show for music created with artificial intelligence, currently in pre-launch. This website presents the project and the waitlist and, for people with an account, lets them listen, vote and upload songs. Its use is governed by the Terms and conditions.

Points of contact

Single point of contact for users and for authorities (arts. 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act): hola@naysof.es. You can write to us in Spanish or English; your message will be answered by a person, not only by automated tools.

Notices of illegal content and takedown requests: use the Report form (you get an acknowledgement of receipt straight away) or write to hola@naysof.es stating the exact URL, the reason, your name, your email and a good-faith statement.

Intellectual property

The design, texts and code of this website belong to NAYSOF IBÉRICA, S.L. or are used under license. Creators keep whatever rights they hold in their songs, must be entitled to upload them and grant NAYSOF IBÉRICA, S.L. the license described in the Creator license. The rules are in the Terms and conditions and the AI & rights policy.

Liability

NAYSOF IBÉRICA, S.L. is not liable for misuse of the website or for content from third-party sites linked from it.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Málaga, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
